1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom and Germany. Orders outside the UK And Germany cannot be processed at this time.
2. How long does delivery take?
Standard furniture items: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Large items or custom orders: 7–14 business days.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary during holidays or due to unforeseen logistics delays.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We provide free shipping on all UK and Germany orders. No extra fees will be charged at checkout.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to monitor your delivery status.
5. What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@heimaura.co.uk with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
6. Can I return an item?
Yes, subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Items must be returned within 14 days (exceptions apply for custom or personalised furniture).
7. Do you assemble furniture?
Most items require self-assembly. We provide clear instructions and all necessary hardware. Some larger items may include optional assembly services—please contact us for details.
8. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, processing begins and changes may not be possible. Please contact contact@heimaura.co.uk as soon as possible.
